Yesssssssss!

on the way home from Novi, we decided that we needed to grab us a bite to eat,,, we wasnt paying 8$ for a hamburger (or whatever it was) at Novi,,, So, we run through Mcdonalds when we got back on 75 in Monroe. We all order I get my value meal, Austin gets his value meal, John gets 3 double cheeseburgers and a drink. As we get back on the highway hammering down south, John distributes the food and realizes that he only has 2 double cheeseburgers he honestly had this look on his face like you just took candy from a fat kid. He was hurt. So we ribbed him a little bit saying the lady was eating his sandwich on her break,,, told him dont worry, she got the fries from the lady behind us, and a drink from the person 2 vehicles in front of us,,,, but she was gonna eat good on her break. I dont think this helped, but it sure was fun.
10 mile down the road, my fries are gone, so John hands me my sandwich,,, he wasnt eating, I then asked him "you eat all those sandwiches already"? I honestly wasnt even thinking about it, I just thought, damn, he put them away in a hurry,,,, he looked at me and said,,,, "your a funny man" with this sad look on his face again,,,

he then tells us a story from the past and Austin and I were laughing so damned hard we were crying,,, I thought I was gonna have to pull off the interstate so I didnt wreck the damned truck rolling through Toledo,,,

John and his wife were in Memphis in the late 80's early 90's,,,, visiting the sites, taking in the scenery, enjoying theirselves,,,, on the way to the hotel they decide they wanted to run through mcdonalds and grab some chicken nuggets,,, as they pull in there is a lady in front of them in the drive through and she is royally cussing out the order board. Not sure whats going on, John and his wife really start to become curious and listen and watch harder,,,, all of a sudden, bruce lee (or someone thinking he was bruce lee) jumps out of the passenger seat, runs around the car to the sign and starts kicking the shit out of it. John said at this point, plastic is flying everywhere and the sign is coming apart. This guy now has Johns FULL attention. John then realizes that there is a car behind him with two guys that are pumping their fists rooting this guy on.

After some quick thinking, John realizes that bruce lee is about done with the mcdonalds sign and will loose interest quick and need something else to beat the shit out of.

Only thing left to whip is a chevy astro van from Ohio with two people nearly on top the dash trying to figure out whats going on. So John proceeds to pull the van over the curb (nearly tearing the running boards off the van), through the yard and anything else that was in his way and he gets the hell out of dodge,,,, John is PISSED that he didnt get his chicken nuggets!!!!



I still cant tell the story without laughing my butt off,,,,

sorry John, had to,,,, I know, it comes back around,,, just remember, we all love ya man!!!!

Now that is FUNNY, honestly, that is why Ian and I showed up a little later at BigBoy for breakfast, we just wanted to make sure they got his order right! Before we showed up!!!!!

Brian, Just so you know -she didn't short the fat kid's candy... It was BEEF,dead cow,it was nature's finest food , and I don't take that lightly... P.S. I licked the extra cheese off your sandwich before ,handing it to you (that's why I was grinning )

update,,,, i went through McDonalds today and got my double quater pounder ketchup only, large fries, and large sweet tea with light ice with NO problems at all,,, even did it with John in the truck with me.
