Who's doing what?

Season is just a cold blast away.... What have you done or need to do to your snow chariot before the white gold blankets the ground ?

Just noticed my pto rear motor mount was broke on the Summit so fixing that, also fixing some plastic after rolling the sled over too many times out west.

Reinstalled the electric start after the ring gear let go on me last year...nothing much else. Going to finally buy a new sled after this season!!

Congrats on the new sled, I'm looking to buy as well at the end of the season. Now what to buy??

I am not sure either...1200 Gade, maybe, 800 E-tec Gade...even more maybe....not sure yet. I have had the 02 since new and still havent broke 5000 miles yet!!

Not sure on the sled, maybe a Klim wrap...did get a new (used) trailer...R&R 716...will get photos next couple of weeks...

i got a big one for me and will need your guys help, im taking the motor out of my 98xc 700 and putting it in my 02 xcsp 600, so in a couple weeks when i get laid off this job is goning to start, so i'll be asking a lot of questions. (i like that one lol)

Well here in the MuttHutt things have been slow over the summer far as sleds go. Tinkered here and there and now finding my self chasing my own tail.
For the most part nothing major this yr , just a sprucing up and replace what needs replacing ..normal maintenance.

So with that said ... clutches cleaned ,chain cases done,stickers peeled ..stickers put on!, woke up from summer sleep and compression checks done >>145, both sleds both side ..cold.
Both sets of covers washed and re scotchgaurded .
Just need to do carbs, RAVEs and final wax and detail to be ready for snow.

Would like to find some ski's for mine yet ..other then that ..OIL, a belt and some SNOW !

Dave, everything comes full circle......welcome home !

I have the complete chassis, 100% done just need to re assemble the engine into sled , and get it running . Its been a long wait ! I will try to post some pix of the project so far !
